讲座简介:
This research is converging on two important and related questions: How do we protect and improve democratic accountability in a governance environment? How do public service organizations reward risks and maintain accountability? The presentation attempts to integrate three lines of recent inquiry about alternative service delivery, public governance networks, and democratic accountability through budgets and budgeting.
